The DC based experimental psych rock duo Watering Color may have officially launched only a month ago, but the brothers that are WC, Ted and Jason Gilman, have been jamming since the summer of 2009. Their genre blending has caught the ears of many, as they recently peaked the charts of our band of the month poll! So we wanted to find out more about this super up and coming act.
